Upcoming Trek

Chad and I are heading up to the Pow-Wow trail next week (leaving late Thursday or early Friday and coming back Monday). All are welcome to join us!

Also, I'm heading out on a solo trek on the SHT tomorrow. I'm planning to come back Saturday.

Win Twins!

When we're not backpacking, we're cheering on our favorite team. Go Twins...looks like there will be no trip this weekend!

If anyone wants to catch a game or two at one of the Team 42 Official Establishments (ie, anywhere that serves beer and will be showing the Twins game) post a note in the comments. I'll be at BWW in Monti tonight.

Trail Maintenance

The SHT has had some misfortune fall to it as hundreds of trees were taken down via a wind storm. I'm thinking about heading up to the trail the weekend of 10/10 to do some trail clearing projects if anyone wants to go.

This of course is contingent on the ALDS.

UPDATE: YES!!! We got it! No more worries Mr. Fenhaus, the blog is up and running on Twitter. The Twitter feed is setup to check the blog every 30 minutes for a new entry.
